Exceptions (If Applicable)

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or replacement in the following limited cases:

• Damaged physical products: If your physical book arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

• Service cancellation by us: If Dexterity Lifeskills Institute cancels a booked service or event, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
